01Send three things.

The brief, whatever data file you were given, and the name of the tool your course insists on. That last one is not a detail: a course wanting syntax submitted alongside the output is asking for a different deliverable from one that wants a written interpretation, and quoting without knowing which is guesswork.

If you have not been given data, say so, because generating something plausible is a different job again and one your course may or may not permit. If your course supplies a template workbook, send that too; markers open the file and inspect the cells.

Which tools are covered?

Whichever your course names: SPSS, R or Excel. That is asked first because it changes the deliverable rather than merely the method. Where scripts or syntax must be handed in beside results they are written to be read, since several marking sheets award for the code itself.

I have data and no idea which test applies. Is that a problem?
