What Carrelhouse is.
Carrelhouse is an independent academic support house for adults finishing online degrees: tutoring and coaching, editorial work, exam preparation, research and review-board consulting, placement assistance, and week-by-week coursework support, all delivered by credentialed specialists.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any university named on this site. Schools appear here so you can tell whether our people know your format. How you use this support inside your own programme's rules remains yours to decide.
Slips, quotes and orders.
Every engagement opens with a free quote setting out what is covered, by when, and for how much. Nothing is owed until you accept it. Work starts once the quote is accepted and the agreed payment or deposit clears. Anything not written into the quote is not part of the order.
Dates.
The delivery date on an accepted quote is a commitment rather than an estimate. If anything threatens it you hear from us early, not on the day. Where something arrives late for reasons on our side and no rescue is agreed, the affected part of the fee comes back.
Revisions and refunds.
Written work carries a free revision within seven days of delivery, against the scope originally agreed. Refunds beyond the late-delivery case are settled one order at a time: write to desk@carrelhouse.com describing what went wrong, and a lead reads it rather than a form.
Confidentiality.
Your identity, your school and the contents of your engagement stay confidential. Specialists work under standing non-disclosure agreements. Published reviews use initials and a field of study only. Nothing has ever gone from this house to a student's university or employer, and nothing will.
The affiliate programme.
The programme is open to verified Carrelhouse alumni. Commissions accrue on completed, paid referred orders and settle monthly. Fraudulent, self-referred and charged-back orders do not accrue. Credit taken instead of cash carries the stated bonus and has no cash value. An account that misrepresents the house may be closed, and commissions already earned on legitimate orders are still paid.
The necessary formalities.
The service is provided as described in each accepted quote, and our liability on any order is limited to what you paid for that order. These terms together with your accepted quote form the whole agreement between us. If these terms change, the version standing when you accepted your quote is the one that governs it.
