Our affiliates are alumni of this house who send us the people they already talk to — cohort friends, family, nursing colleagues on the same unit, colleagues in corporate programs. Each enrolment is date-stamped to your card and paid monthly. Most affiliates earn several thousand a month; several now earn more from the lending desk than from the job their degree bought them.
No order minimums, no quotas, no tiers to climb, and nothing to buy. You either meet these two or you don't yet.
You graduated a program with this house. That's it — one completed program, at any level, in any field. We only hand the lending desk to people who know from the inside exactly what they're recommending.
Your region has to have room and a fit — the programs you know, the schools your circle attends, the specialties we're short on there. The front desk tells you plainly whether your region qualifies right now, and what changes if it doesn't.
Ten to twenty per cent of everything your people spend with us, for as long as they study — not once. Or take it as credit toward your own next program, if you're going back for another.
"I recommend this house in the break room the way I'd recommend a good preceptor. Nine nurses off my unit alone. It's more than my staff salary now, and I never left the bedside to earn it."
"Half my corporate cohort was quietly drowning. I sent eleven of them over two years. The monthly cheque covers my mortgage, and I'd have made the introductions for free."
"Passive is the honest word. I made the introductions in my first year as an affiliate; those students are still enrolled, and the desk still stamps my card every month."
"Mostly family and church. My sister, two cousins, a friend who'd stopped twice already. It pays for childcare, which is the reason I nearly quit my own degree."
"I run a department of sixty. Every year a handful of them start a degree. I point them here and the desk takes it from there — the earnings arrive whether I'm working or on leave."
"Teachers all know three other teachers going back for a master's. I took the first year as program credit and finished my EdD with it, then switched to cash."
"My clinical cohort had a group chat of forty people, all struggling with placements. I told the truth about who found mine. Fourteen enrolled that year."
"Nine years an affiliate. It replaced my full-time income four years ago and it still grows, because the people I sent send their own. That's the part nobody believes until their card gets stamped."

We'll confirm your alumni record and check the criteria for your region, then write back either way — usually the same day, always within two hours of opening.
