What do you need to see for a milestone course?

The syllabus with the milestone schedule, and any feedback already returned. Feedback is the most diagnostic thing you can send, because it usually reveals a single repeating fault rather than a series of unrelated ones.

Can one milestone be ordered without the final project?

Yes, and it is frequently the sensible scope. Repairing the piece that got away restores what follows, and there is no minimum order and no expectation that the project comes next.

How are two courses in one sub-term handled?

By reading both syllabi together before anything is quoted, which is the step enrolment never performs for you. The two schedules were built independently and will clash somewhere; knowing where changes what is worth buying.

Does the discussion requirement come with the milestones?

Only if you want it. They price separately because they behave differently: milestones are spikes and the discussion is a steady drip. Combining them is the most common SNHU arrangement, and taking only the drip is the cheapest.
